City of Engineer Decision held on 6/23/2026 regarding "Vent Pipe at Air Release Valve". Vent pipe installation started on 8/17/2026.
A Substantial Completion Inspection of the project was conducted on Monday, November 17, 2025.
* Contractor is currently working on Punch List Items for repairs.
The contractor has successfully conducted the Hydrostatic test of the force main for the entire limit of the project.
The contractor poured a thrust block at the end cap (plug) on the 36-inch HOBAS pipe @Sagearbor end at the Sagemont Lift Station.
The Sub-Contractor, AIMS has started the cleaning and epoxy coating of the internal walls of manholes in the project using PPG Raven 405, a two-component epoxy system (Part A - White Lined Resin and Part B - Blue Lined Hardener). The coating thickness is verified using a wet film gauge for 4-inch ARV manhole and 12-inch plug valve manhole. AIMS Companies has also started sandblasting the and coating. A NACE certified inspector is on site for inspection.
